Wee Hour Redux

Wee Hour ReduxI am pleased to announce that sunnyoutside has released a second impression of my poetry collection Wee Hour Martyrdom, published last year. My reviews of Stacie Cassarino’s debut poetry collection Zero at the Bone (New Issues) and Joshua Beckman’s latest collection Take It (Wave Books), a shorter summary review, appear on NewPages. Two very different poetic styles and I recommend both.

Heckler

My full-length poetry collection Give over the Heckler and Everyone Gets Hurt, which won the 2006 St. Lawrence Book Award for a first book, has officially been released. I am extremely grateful to the editors and staff at Black Lawrence Press for their hard work, and I’m very proud of the final product. My thanks to everyone in advance for their support. Pushcart Nomination

My thanks to David McNamara, editor of Sunnyoutside, for nominating my poem “Cribbage” (which first appeared in DIAGRAM) for a Pushcart Prize. Here’s hoping third nomination’s a charm.
